THE PURSUIT OF INTEGRITY IN EDUCATION
Over the years Bonnie has brought this ethic to many areas of her life. Motivated by a desire for stronger communities, she has always sought out opportunities where she could make a difference. Sometimes the smallest gestures had the greatest impact.

Bonnie learned that a 25-year involvement with the PTO also yielded deep friendships. With every program she worked on, she saw that an impact could be made. In every instance her managerial skills brought people and resources together.

A journalism major in college, Bonnie became a human resources manager for a corporation, where she developed education workshops. While raising her children and pursuing a career, Bonnie never lost sight of strengthening the institutions of her life.

She joined a coalition of parents whose charter was to improve education standards in suburban schools. Today in her northwest Chicago suburb, their work is renowned. Parents are moving in just to secure a better education for their kids.
